Payment Types:
New Clients: To reserve your time, New Clients need to prepay for their first session before or right after calling for an appointment. Choose an on-line Session Purchase or Gift Certificate Purchase or choose from several other payment options.
Established Clients: Same as new clients but my also pay with cash or checks at time of services.
Credit card purchases available only on-line.
Checks accepted with valid ID plus phone number.

Gratuity 
If you liked the services and would like to add gratuity, a range of 10 to 30% gratuity (of the total price) is considered the norm. Gratuity is optional.

Cancellations, Reschedules, No-shows and Refunds.
The time you reserve for you session is guaranteed. When you call and reserve time for your massage Austin Massages will prepare, reserve and guarantee you a cozy three-layer heated massage table, the services of a Licensed Massage Therapist and a relaxing and dedicated massage room in a quiet home studio. A limited amount of sessions are scheduled per day, to help insure you receive the best possible sessions.

If the recipient needs to cancel or reschedule, the recipient must do so six hours in advance or a $ 30 late notice fee is assessed. NO SHOWS ARE CHARGED AT FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE VALUE. $30 is charged for returned checks and late payments. Gift Certificates are void without a valid authorization number, are not mailed out of the USA and must be presented at the time of service. Authorization information consists of the purchaser's name, phone number, email address, date of purchase, amount of session time. No Shows are those who do not call to cancel or reschedule before their session.

Gift Certificates and Sessions Purchases are good for a full six months from date of original purchase. Gift Certificates are transferable to another recipient if you provided the authorization information to them. Authorization information consists of the purchaser's name, phone number, email address, date of purchase and the amount of session time.  Purchases are refundable within five days of purchase, have no cash value, must be redeemed for the full length of the session and cannot be broken up into multiple sessions. Other charges may apply.

Prices, promotions, discounts and terms of service are subject to change. Payment is expected in full before or at the time of service. Payments must originate from within the USA.

A massage therapist is not a doctor, can not diagnose medical conditions and their comments are not medical advice. Decisions regarding health should be made in conjunction with the advice of your physician. Massage has some risks and possible injury. Working on knots and trigger points using Deep Tissue or Deep Friction massage can be sore, intense or even somewhat painful and last for several days. If you bruise easily this could happen as well. If you suffer from any medical conditions you need to consult with your physician before receiving massage and should inform the therapist of any medical conditions or changes regarding medical status. Several massage sessions may be needed to better address your needs. Massage can intensify the effects of alcohol and pain-reducing medications, decreasing your pain threshold.
